Dr. Christopher Saal is board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a graduate of the LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans and the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport.

After completing six years of residency programs at Charity Hospital in New Orleans and Northwestern Medical Center in Chicago, Dr. Saal served as a Fellow in Head and Neck Oncology and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Emanuel Hospital and Health Center in Portland, Oregon.

Fellowship training, a voluntary extension of his preparation as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, gave Dr. Saal added expertise in head and neck surgery not shared by many doctors in the area. A native of Gueydan, Dr. Saal returned to Louisiana in 1993 to open his own practice in Thibodaux and Houma.

He is married with two children and is actively involved in the community as well as many professional organizations.
