David Baughman, DDS, MD

Oral Surgeon in Houma

Dr. David G. Baughman is board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a graduate of the LSU School of Medicine and the University of Texas Dental School in Houston.

He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at LSU Charity Hospital in New Orleans. Dr. Baughman also has undergraduate and graduate training as a pharmacist with degrees from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy.

In addition to full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery services, Dr. Baughman has special training and an interest in Dental Implants. Dr. Baughman moved his family to Houma in 2003 to join Dr. Saal’s practice.

He is married with two children and is actively involved in the community as well as many professional organizations.
